WORKING GENIUS

Discover how you personally get things done and how you can utilize and activate your own “geniuses” within your team. Most personality tests are 90% personality and 10% work. WALKING THE CHRISTIAN LIFE

God’s Word for you can be summed up into 13 Truths that are applicable for your own heart, the heart of your coworkers and the hearts of the students you serve. This module offers practical ways to share those truths with the people that Jesus has put into your life and even your own heart as you face the inevitable challenges of living and working in this world.

WHO ARE YOU AS A LEADER? 

God has made each of us unique, which means we are each unique in the way that we lead. It you are simply copying someone else, it is impossible to lead intuitively or effectively. In this module we will discover how God made each of us and how we can leverage our own unique leadership style, personality and abilities.

CULTURE BUILDING

This leadership module focuses on fostering a positive organizational culture by equipping leaders with essential skills and strategies. It emphasizes the importance of emotional intelligence, building trust and creating a great place to work that exhibits trust, employee engagement, satisfaction and trust.

COMMUNICATION IN 21ST CENTURY

This leadership module teaches essential communication skills for the workplace. It will focus on clarity, active listening, constructive feedback and having crucial/difficult conversations. Participants learn techniques to improve interpersonal interactions, foster teamwork, and resolve conflicts. Through practical exercises, leaders enhance their ability to convey messages effectively and build a collaborative, communicative work environment.

WHEN THE LITTLE THINGS MATTER

This leadership module educates leaders on legal liabilities and obligations, employee expectations, and available support systems. It covers compliance with labor laws, managing risks, understanding employee rights, and fostering a supportive work environment. Participants learn to navigate legal complexities, meet employee needs, and utilize resources to enhance job performance and satisfaction in a ministry setting.

COLLABORATING WITH DIVINE SAVIOR CHURCH

This leadership module encourages collaboration to share Jesus with thousands of students whom we serve. It focuses on unifying leaders around this mission, fostering teamwork and strategies for effective outreach. In a sense, we pull back the curtain to see what it takes to inspire and mobilize others and leverage collective efforts to make a meaningful spiritual impact across all our campuses and churches.

LEADING TEAMS

This leadership module equips participants with skills to become effective team leaders. It covers setting clear goals, support, encouragement, fostering collaboration and enhancing communication. Through practical exercises, leaders learn to motivate and inspire their teams, resolve conflicts, and build a cohesive, high-performing group committed to achieving shared objectives.
