WORKING GENIUS

WHO ARE YOU AS A LEADER?
God has made each of us unique, which means we are each unique in the way that we lead. It you are simply copying someone else, it is impossible to lead intuitively or effectively. In this module we will discover how God made each of us and how we can leverage our own unique leadership style, personality and abilities.
CULTURE BUILDING
This leadership module focuses on fostering a positive organizational culture by equipping leaders with essential skills and strategies. It emphasizes the importance of emotional intelligence, building trust and creating a great place to work that exhibits employee engagement and satisfaction.
CRUCIAL INFLUENCE
This leadership module explores the framework of Crucial Influence and how it empowers leaders to drive meaningful and lasting change. Participants learn to identify the few vital behaviors that matter most, diagnose why people act the way they do, and apply multiple sources of influence to shape those behaviors. By mastering these tools, leaders gain the ability to create accountability, strengthen motivation, and build systems that sustain positive results. The outcome is a culture where individuals consistently act on their values, teams perform at higher levels, and ministries thrive through purposeful and aligned action.
CRUCIAL CONVERSATIONS
This leadership module equips participants with the skills to handle high-stakes conversations where opinions differ, emotions run strong, and outcomes matter. Through the Crucial Conversations framework, leaders learn how to stay focused on shared goals, create psychological safety, and speak with clarity and respect even in tense situations. Participants practice tools for transforming conflict into dialogue, turning defensiveness into openness, and ensuring that all voices are heard. By applying these strategies, leaders build stronger relationships, foster trust, and guide their teams toward better decisions and lasting results.
SUSTAINABLE LEADERSHIP: THRIVING PEOPLE, THRIVING TEAMS
This leadership module explores how thriving individuals create thriving teams, drawing on insights from neuroscience and research on personal well-being. Leaders learn how brain science explains motivation, stress, and resilience, and how these factors directly influence team dynamics and performance. The module emphasizes practical strategies for cultivating energy, focus, and emotional regulation—skills that enable leaders to bring their best selves to their work and model healthy patterns for their teams. By understanding the neurological foundations of trust, empathy, and collaboration, participants discover how to design environments where people feel safe, valued, and motivated. The result is a team culture that is not only more innovative and productive but also more sustainable, as leaders and team members alike thrive personally and collectively.
LIVING A LIFE GUIDED BY THE WORD
God calls us to live a life built upon and guided by his Word. But what does that actually look like? Join us as we address the emotional highs and lows of daily life and learn how to practically redirect our thoughts onto his Truth. At the same time we’ll learn how to provide spiritual care to others by helping them redirect their thoughts onto his Truth.
