The DSM Leadership Institute identifies, encourages, and cultivates Christian leaders within the Divine Savior Family. The program focuses on spiritual growth, leadership skills, and community building. Participants engage
in faith-based training, mentorship, and practical experiences, preparing them to
lead with integrity, inspire others, and strengthen the Divine Savior community.
